Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Tracking information will be sent to your email when one is generated. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International delivery

Orders outside the US will be dispatched using the FedEx international priority service the day of completion on you made-to-order goods. Shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on where the package is being shipped (prices vary depending on country). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. High amounts of Uniform Circa products are not held in stock, making most orders Made-To-Order.

Please note that surcharges may be incurred on heavy items, such as coats, and shoe orders. This charge will be added to your shipping cost upon checkout.

Custom charges
Uniform Circa is not responsible for brokerage fees, import taxes or duties applied when the package enters the destination country. Customers should consult the customs legislation of their country. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If orders are refused by customers at the point of delivery or if there is a chargeback to Uniform Circa for return shipping or duties, the customer is financially responsible and it will be deducted from their credit.
