Refund policy

Made to order
Every UNIFORM CIRCA piece is made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced only after you place your order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in shipping, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Once we review your request, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Wrong item
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no cost to you.

Commissions
Custom commission pieces are made specifically to your request and are not eligible for return or refund, except as agreed in writing for your commission.

Cancellations
Because production begins soon after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when we send a replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
